Marc Loire Fashions Limited has launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise ₹21 crore. The subscription period for the issue begins on June 30, 2025 and ends on July 2, 2025. The BSE SME platform will host the listing of shares. The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of 21 lakh equity shares at a fixed price of ₹100 per share. The funds raised will be used to open 15 new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), upgrade retail infrastructure, meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

Marc Loire Fashions Limited was established in 2014 as a private limited company and in 2024, it became a public limited company. The company has positioned itself as a fashion-forward brand in the Indian women's footwear market, dealing with fashionable, comfortable and high-quality footwear to the modern woman.

Operations & Product Range

Facility & Production:
Marc Loire has a strong network of vendors of more than 40 suppliers, some of whom are also part of the promoter group, which is why supply chain performance and quality control are maintained.

Brands & Market Presence:
The company has more than 800 SKUs, which include party heels, ethnic flats, wedges, formal heels, winter boots, mules, cork sandals, arc-supported flats, athleisure, activewear and sneakers. Marc Loire can be found online (through its site, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and offline (Shop-in-Shop formats at Reliance Centro, Lulus Mall and soon, its EBOs.

Revenue Channels

Marc Loire uses a mixed retailing concept:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C): Sales through its website and major e-commerce platforms.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B): Shop-in-Shop (SiS) agreements in major retail establishments and partnerships with wholesalers.

This omnichannel approach ensures broad market reach, consistent brand visibility and the ability to scale quickly.

Promoters & Shareholding:

The promoters of the company are Mr. Arvind Kamboj, Mrs. Shaina Malhotra and Mr. Atul Malhotra. Currently, promoters hold 99.99% share before the IPO which will decrease after the IPO to 70.42%. The promoters are actively involved in strategic planning, product design and business growth. Post-IPO, the company’s net worth is expected to rise from ₹10.75 crore to ₹31.75 crore.
