Valplast Technologies IPO is a book-build issue of INR 28.09 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.52 crore shares. Company Background
Valplast Technologies Ltd. was incorporated in 2014. It is a civil engineering and construction company that provides services such as tunneling, waterproofing, injection grouting, coastal protection, MEP, precast, and slope protection. Their corporate office is located in Noida, and the registered office is in Faridabad. The company operates in nine states, completing 40+ projects in defense, railway, and infrastructure. Valplast Technologies is the only company in India that offers all tunneling solutions under one roof. They are fully equipped with machines and tools to carry out work on-site while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
