The company recorded a robust growth in revenue of ₹133.84- ₹134.37 crore in FY22, ₹150.87- ₹151.13 crore in FY23 and ₹193.82- ₹194.41 crore in FY24 and PAT, which was ₹1.45 crore in FY22, increased to ₹2.08 crore in FY23 and ₹12.28 crore in FY24 indicating operating leverage and margin. GYR Capital Advisors is the merchant banker of Classic Electrodes IPO and the company submitted its DRHP on 28th August 2024 and proceeded to the present RHP and launch window in August 2025.
