Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited IPO


Sri Lotus Developers IPO is of ₹792.00 crores, priced between ₹140 to ₹150 per share. This IPO will be a fresh issue worth 5.28 crore shares, available to subscribe on 30th July, 2025 and will be closed on 1st August, 2025. Any applicant including retail investors, can apply for a minimum of 100 shares worth ₹14,000. The minimum investment required by sNII for an application is for 1400 shares of ₹2,10,000 and bNII can apply for a minimum of 6700 shares worth ₹10,05,000. The listing of the IPO on BSE and NSE is expected to be on 6th August, 2025, with the allotment to be finalized by 4th August, 2025.

Company Background

The company originally started as AKP Holdings Private Limited in 2015 and later named itself Shri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited in 2024. Sri Lotus Developers mainly works on providing luxurious residential spaces as well as corporate offices. They manage the entire real estate process for their clients from concept design to completion, equipped with modern design, community facilities and amenities. With the completion of a significant number of projects, Shri Lotus Developers also has a large pipeline of upcoming projects.

Operations & Product Range

Facility and Production

The company mainly focuses on three sorts of projects—joint development ventures, greenfield development and redevelopment by agreements with housing societies and landowners. Shri Lotus developers have a record of completion of 3.99 million square feet of projects and the development firm currently has a pipeline of more than 3.8 million square feet of upcoming projects. With a strong focus on quality, luxury and efficiency, the company has plans to expand its reach to the south, central and eastern suburbs.

Shri Lotus Developers has a prevalent market presence with the support of celebrity investors such as Mr. Shah Rukh Khan, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Mr. Hrithik Roshan and various others. The Juhu located company has developed various high-end luxury-oriented residences such as Ananya, Anaya, Sorrento and The Lotus Tower and is coming up with more such areas such as The Arcadian and Amalfi in Mumbai.
