The company is promoted by Ashokkumar Haridas Lal and Jitendra Haridas Lal and it has more than 30 years of experience in integrated shipping and logistical services, with most of its services being dry bulk cargo shipping and logistics services. The company is involved in operations in the different ports and jetties, mainly the west coast of India, as well as in Sri Lanka and specializes in non-major ports and provides a single-window logistic solution to its customers.

The Shreeji Shipping Global owns a fleet of over 75 vessels and around 380 earthmoving equipment as of September 2024. It has an operation at over 20 ports and jetties, including the major ports such as Kandla and non-major ports such as Navlakhi, Magdalla, Bhavnagar, along with overseas ones such as Puttalam Port in Sri Lanka and Konta and Boffa in West Africa.

Ashokkumar Haridas Lal (Chairman & Managing Director, 28 years industry experience) and Jitendra Haridas Lal (Joint Managing Director, Science, Law degree, 28 years experience). Both the promoters have been with the company since its inception and are well known in allied industry associations and cooperative banks in the region. The promoters own 100 percent of the company at present and after the IPO, it will be 90 percent, reducing the promoter stake.
