WeWork India Management IPO
WeWork India IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹3,000 crores. The issue is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 4.63 crore shares. WeWork India, incorporated in 2016 and headquartered in Bangalore, is a leading flexible workspace operator in India. The company has expanded its presence to major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. WeWork India has been instrumental in shaping the flexible workspace industry by introducing innovative products and services to meet evolving client needs. As of 2025, the company operates 68 centres with a total desk capacity of 1,14,077. In 2022, it was certified as a Great Place to Work, further strengthening its brand credibility.
