iValue Infosolutions IPO

The iValue Infosolutions IPO (Initial Public Offering) comprises a total offer for sale of 1.87 crore shares for an aggregate of ₹560.29 crore for a price band of ₹284 to ₹299 per Share. Investors can bid in multiples of 50 shares, with a minimum application size of ₹14,950 at the upper price band. The IPO will open on 18 and end on 22 September 2025, with the basis of allotment likely on 23 September 2025. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on 25 September 2025.
