Analysys Mason, a TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecoms) Consulting firm, hasappointed Ujjwal Chaudhry as Partner and Global Co-Head ofits Consumer Internet Practice unit. Chaudhry is set to spearhead the company's strategic expansion into the consumer internet sector globally.
With over 17 years of deep strategy consulting and transactionadvisory experience, Ujjwal previously worked as a Partner at Redseer Strategy Consultants. Throughout his career, he has served as a trusted advisor tomarquee global private equity funds, hedge funds, and technology platforms, managing high-stakesmandates across diverse markets.
At Analysys Mason, Ujjwal’s practice will primarily focus on three critical pillars for the digitaleconomy, namely IPO advisory, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and corporate strategy.
