The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has received a total of 99 complaints against 84 companies in the month of November, a recent announcement revealed.
During the same period, the BSE resolved 85 complaints against 67 companies, which include complaints that were carried forward from previous periods.
The BSE has issued a warning to investors about an unauthorised entity called EZInvest, which is allegedly circulating investment and trading recommendations and collecting funds from citizens to trade in the equity market.
The BSE has also issued a warning to investors about miscreants using BSE officials' photos to create fake social media IDs to spread misleading wealth advisory.
