Renny Strips IPO
Renny Strips Limited has submitted its DRHP for the IPO on December 12, 2025. Renny Strips IPO has received a Fresh Issue of equity shares of ₹300 Crore and it will also be offering for sale (OFS) of 1.20 Crore shares. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE.

Renny Strips Ltd. specializes in creating structural steel goods, with a large array of goods that include ERW tubes and pipes, and other various industrial uses, including scaffolding and formwork systems. The Company has three manufacturing plants located in India (two in the state of Punjab), and it plans to build a fourth new plant, proposed unit IV, located in Ludhiana, to facilitate its production of scaffolding, ERW tubes and pipes.
