The bidding window of several public issues are scheduled to open this coming week, while the shares of some companies are expected to list on the NSE and BSE. Upcoming Mainboard IPOs This Week
One mainboard public issue will open for subscription this coming week while shares of two mainboard companies will list on the exchanges:
Shadowfax Technologies IPO
The initial public offering (IPO) of Shadowfax Technologies will open for subscription on January 20 and close on January 22. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 80.60 million shares amounting to Rs 1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 73.20 million shares aggregating to Rs 907.27 crore, totalling Rs 1,907.27 crore.
The price has been fixed at Rs 118-124 per share. Retail investors can bid for the logistics solutions provider’s public issue by applying for a minimum of 120 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,880. The share allotment status of Shadowfax Technologies IPO will be finalised on January 23 and will list on the NSE and the BSE on January 28.
BCCL IPO
The subscription window of Bharat Coking Coal (BCCL) IPO was open from January 9-13. BCCL planned to raise Rs 1,071.11 crore through its public issue, consisting of an OFS of 465.70 million shares.
BCCL IPO price band was set at Rs 21-23 per share. Retail investors could apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 600 shares, aggregating to an investment of Rs 13,800.
BCCL IPO was subscribed 146.87 times across categories. Shareholders of the company booked the issue 87.29 times and employees of the company booked the issue 5.18 times. Retail individual investors and non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed their quota in BCCL IPO, 49.33 times and 258.16 times, respectively. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) booked the issue 310.81 times.
The share allotment status of BCCL public issue was finalised on January 15. Shares of the coking coal producer will list on the BSE and NSE on January 19. BCCL is a producer of coking coal and other varieties of coal. The company is a subsidiary of state owned coal producer Coal India.
Amagi Media Labs IPO
Amagi Media Labs’ IPO opened for subscription on January 13 and closed on January 16. Amagi Media Labs IPO was worth Rs 1,788.62 crore, the mainboard issue consisted of a fresh issue of 22.60 million shares aggregating to Rs 816 crore and a share-sale of 26.90 million shares aggregating to Rs 972.62 crore.
Amagi Media Labs IPO’s issue price was fixed at Rs 343-361 per share. Retail investors could bid for the software solutions company’s public issue by applying for at least 41 shares, aggregating to an investment of Rs 14,801. The share allotment status of Amagi Media Labs IPO will be finalised on January 19 and they will list on the NSE and BSE on January 21.
3 SME IPOs Opening This Week
Three SME public issues are scheduled to open for subscription this week. These include Digilogic Systems IPO, KRM Ayurveda IPO, and Shayona Engineering IPO. Additionally seven small and medium enterprise (SME) issues are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE.
On January 19, Defrail Technologies shares will list on the BSE SME platform and Avana Electrosystems shares will be listed on the NSE SME exchange. On January 21, shares of Narmadesh Brass Industries, INDO SMC and GRE Renew Enertech will list on the BSE SME platform. On January 22, shares of Armour Security India will debut on the NSE SME platform. On January 23, Aritas Vinyl shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform.
