ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund Launches Two New Investment Strategies

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has introduced two innovative investment strategies under its Specialised Investment Funds (SIF) segment, designed to cater to the needs of adaptive investors in a market environment marked by volatility and shifting leadership.

iSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund

• This is an open-ended strategy that invests in equity and equity-related instruments, with limited short exposure in equities through derivative instruments of ex–top 100 stocks.
• The fund's benchmark is Nifty 500 TRI.
• The management team comprises Sankaran Naren, Manan Tijoriwala, and Divya Jain.

iSIF Hybrid Long-Short Fund

• This is an interval strategy that invests in equity and debt securities, including limited short exposure in equity and debt through derivatives.
• The fund's benchmark is CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 Moderate Index.
• The management team comprises Rajat Chandak and Ayush Shah (equity) and Manish Banthia and Akhil Kakkar (debt).

The new fund offer (NFO) for both strategies is open for subscription and will close on January 30.

“Through the iSIF segment, we are offering investors differentiated investment strategies that can adapt to evolving market conditions using an approach permissible within long-short strategies.
