Company Background
Moneyview is a Bengaluru-based fintech and digital-lending platform founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal. It started as a personal-finance management platform and expanded into digital lending, credit products, payments, insurance and investment-related offerings.
The company operates as an intermediary between borrowers and financial institutions and also participates in lending through its NBFC subsidiary, Whizdm Finance Private Limited. Moneyview’s operating performance depends on loan disbursals, user acquisition, credit underwriting, default-loss-guarantee arrangements, borrowing costs, funding availability, collections, regulations and credit-market conditions.
Operations & Product Range
Moneyview operates an app-led financial-services ecosystem offering personal-finance tools, unsecured consumer-loan products through lending partners and Whizdm Finance, digital payments, insurance and investment-related services.
The company connects customers with banks, NBFCs and other lending partners. Its operating model combines technology-led user acquisition, digital onboarding, credit assessment, disbursal support, cross-selling and collection management. Revenue and credit performance depend on customer quality, lender relationships, conversion rates, loan tenure, collection efficiency, partner terms and regulatory requirements.
Platform, Lending & AUM
Moneyview disbursed loans worth ₹23,099 crore in FY2026, representing year-on-year growth of approximately 31%. The company’s assets under management stood at approximately ₹21,000 crore as of March 31, 2026.
The growth in loan disbursals and managed AUM reflects expansion in Moneyview’s lending platform. However, its future performance will depend on underwriting standards, collection performance, partner relationships, funding availability, borrowing costs and the quality of default-loss-guarantee arrangements. The company intends to use ₹325 crore of net fresh-issue proceeds to support growth in loan disbursals under DLG arrangements.
Brands & Market Presence
Moneyview is primarily marketed under the Moneyview brand. The company operates in India’s consumer fintech and digital credit market and uses a mobile-first distribution model to reach borrowers and users of personal finance products.
Its market position depends on digital acquisition, app engagement, access to lending capital, partner integration, loan turnaround time, credit-risk controls, repayment outcomes and cross-selling of adjacent financial products. The company competes with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, loan marketplaces and other app-based financial-services providers.
Revenue Streams & Business Model
Moneyview generates revenue primarily from loan-distribution fees and commissions, lending-related activities through Whizdm Finance, financial-product referrals and related customer services.
The business model combines customer acquisition through the Moneyview app, loan-related fees and commissions, lending and financing activities through Whizdm Finance, DLG-backed disbursals and cross-selling of financial products. Revenue and profitability are influenced by loan volumes, fee rates, lender and customer mix, cost of funds, credit losses, partner economics, regulation, technology expenditure and collections.
Financial Performance
Moneyview reported revenue of ₹1,342.37 crore in FY2024, ₹2,339.15 crore in FY2025 and ₹3,351.2 crore in FY2026. Revenue increased by approximately 74.3% in FY2025 and 43.3% in FY2026.
Profit after tax increased from ₹171.15 crore in FY2024 to ₹240.28 crore in FY2025 and ₹242.7 crore in FY2026. Profit before exceptional items increased by 65.4% to ₹397 crore in FY2026.
Managed assets under management stood at approximately ₹21,000 crore as of March 31, 2026. Future financial performance will depend on underwriting discipline, delinquencies, collections, credit costs, borrowing costs, DLG exposure, NBFC capital availability and regulatory changes.
Management & Shareholding
Moneyview is promoted by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal. Before the IPO, Accel was the largest shareholder with a 21.89% stake, followed by Internet Fund III, an affiliate of Tiger Global Management, with 13.79%. Sanjay Aggarwal held 10.33%, Ribbit Capital held 10.20% and Puneet Agarwal held 8.66%.

Selling shareholders include Accel, Internet Fund III / Tiger Global, Crimson Winter, LI Strategic Venture Investment, TI JPNIN India Holdco, Ribbit Capital, Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal. The OFS comprises up to 10.04 crore equity shares.
Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal are each expected to sell up to 1.355 crore equity shares through the offer for sale. Post-offer shareholding will depend on final allotment and completion of the issue.

- ₹325 crore for supporting loan disbursals under default-loss-guarantee arrangements, helping expand lending activity through partner financial institutions.
- ₹250 crore for investment in Whizdm Finance Private Limited to augment its capital base and support lending operations.
- The balance of the net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Moneyview IPO Review
Moneyview provides exposure to India’s consumer-fintech and digital-lending market through a platform combining personal-finance tools, loan distribution, lending partnerships and an NBFC subsidiary. FY2026 revenue increased 43.3% to ₹3,351.2 crore, while assets under management stood at approximately ₹21,000 crore as of March 31, 2026.
The company reported FY2026 PAT of ₹242.7 crore, marginally above approximately ₹240.3 crore in FY2025, while profit before exceptional items increased 65.4% to ₹397 crore. Investors should examine exceptional items, finance costs, provisions, credit losses and the reconciliation between operating profitability and reported PAT in the RHP.
Investors should also evaluate the final valuation, loan book and DLG exposure, underwriting and collection performance, cost and availability of borrowing, dependence on lending partners, RBI and other regulatory requirements, data-security obligations, customer-acquisition costs, potential asset-quality stress and the OFS by promoters and financial investors.
Conclusion
Moneyview IPO offers investors exposure to a fintech platform with personal-finance management, digital lending, payments, insurance and investment-related offerings. The company reported FY2026 revenue of ₹3,351.2 crore and PAT of ₹242.7 crore, while assets under management stood at approximately ₹21,000 crore as of March 31, 2026.
The fresh issue is intended for DLG-backed loan-disbursal growth and investment in Whizdm Finance, while the OFS provides an exit route for promoters and several existing institutional investors. Investors should assess valuation, loan-book quality, DLG arrangements, leverage and funding risk, asset quality, collection performance and regulatory exposure before investing.
