Value 360 Communications Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on May 4, as the integrated communications and marketing solutions provider looks to tap capital markets to fund expansion and technology investments.
The IPO comprises an issue of up to 42.45 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The price band has been fixed at Rs 95–Rs 98 per share. The company's shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE Emerge, which caters to small and medium enterprises.
Horizon Management Private Limited has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to the issue, while KFin Technologies Limited will act as the registrar.
Use of Proceeds
The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the IPO for multiple growth initiatives, including:
Funding working capital requirements
Capital expenditure towards infrastructure and advanced technology
Prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings
Investment in its influencer marketing platform
General corporate purposes

As of January 2026, Value 360 Communications reported a total income of Rs 55.07 crore and a net profit of Rs 7.61 crore, indicating steady growth in its business operations.
