Stock Market Holiday: There is some confusion among investors over the stock market holiday this week as Holi celebrations are being observed on different days in various parts of the country.
Many are unsure whether the markets will remain closed tomorrow or on Wednesday, March 04.
When are NSE and BSE closed?
Both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) will remain closed on Tuesday, March 03 on account of Holi, as per the official holiday calendar.
This means there will be no trading in equity, equity derivatives, currency derivatives, and commodity derivatives.
Investors and traders are advised to check the official holiday list available on the NSE and BSE websites before planning trades, settlements, or derivative expiries.
Normal trading will resume on the next working day after the holiday.
