Old Bridge Mutual Fund has launched its first equity scheme — the Old Bridge Flexi Cap Fund — an open-ended fund that can invest across large-, mid- and small-cap stocks based on market conditions.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) will open on February 13 and close on February 23.
Units are being offered at ₹10 each, with a minimum lump-sum investment of ₹5,000 and a minimum SIP ticket size of ₹1,000.
According to the fund house, the scheme will follow a bottom-up, stock-by-stock investment approach rather than fixed allocations to market-cap segments. The portfolio will shift exposure across large-, mid- and small-cap stocks depending on risk-reward assessments and market cycles.
The fund will be managed by Kenneth Andrade, founder and chief investment officer of Old Bridge Asset Management Private Limited (OBAMPL), who has over 34 years of experience in Indian capital markets.
Old Bridge said the fund will benchmark its performance against the BSE 500 Total Return Index (TRI) and will be available under Direct and Regular plans, with Growth and IDCW options.
