MOIL revises December manganese ore prices; ferro and chemical grades up 3%
State-owned MOIL Ltd on Monday (December 1) fixed the prices for different grades of manganese ore for the October to December 2025 quarter, and for December 2025, effective December 1, 2025. The company stated that, in line with its practice of fixing and revising prices, it has adjusted prices across ferro, SMGR, fines and chemical grades.
The prices of all ferro grades with manganese content of 44% and above have been increased by 3% on the rates prevailing since November 1, 2025, effective midnight of November 30 and December 1, 2025, for the month of December 2025. Prices of all other ferro grades with manganese content below 44% have also been raised by 3% on the prevailing November prices.

The company said the prices of SMGR grades with manganese content of 30% and 25%, as well as fines grades, will continue at the levels prevailing since November 1 , 2025, for December 2025. Prices of SMGR with manganese content of 20% and metal mandi fines, including UKF532, DBF575 and MSF592 grades, will also remain unchanged.
MOIL added that the prices of all chemical grades have been increased by 3% on the rates effective since November 1, 2025. The basic price of ₹1,95,000 per tonne for EMD will continue unchanged for December 2025.
