Synopsis
WhiteBoard Advisory and Management, along with Casagrand, have secured SEBI approval for a Rs 500 crore fund. This capital will fuel growth for residential projects, with initial focus on Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The fund aims to deliver yield-based returns to investors. Casagrand, a leading developer, is also pursuing an IPO.
WhiteBoard Advisory & Management (WB) and Casagrand has received SEBI approval to raise Rs 500 crore under jointly formed Millenia WB Yield Fund towards growth capital for residential projects.
The fund has committed first deal of Rs 41 crore for a 400 crore revenue villa project in Hyderabad.
The capital from this fund will be focused to develop projects mainly in Chennai , Bangalore, Hyderabad and selectively other locations. Fund offers a yield based return to investors based on WB strong investment expertise and Casagrand established execution and sales track record.
Whiteboard Advisors and Management (WB) founded in 2022 by Anchit Lakhotiya and Sanjay Ratra based out of Mumbai acted as the exclusive advisor to the entire transaction.
The fund target to do 4-5 investments in 2026.

Recently, WB also acted as the sole advisor for a warehousing platform deal between Blackstone and Casagrand, for over 150 acres of development in Chennai established warehousing locations of Santhavellore, and Sri C Village.
WB is in process of offering a unique larger alternative platform for multiple assets investment with initial targeted AUM of US$ 250 - 500million. Casagrand established in 2003, is among the top residential developer in India, based out of Chennai with presence across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Dubai and expanding to Mumbai & NCR.
They are also in process of raising 1100 crore through IPO, DRHP is with SEBI.
