Housing And Urban Development Corp Ltd.'s logged a 3% decline in its net profit to Rs 713 crore in the quarter ended December 2025, as against Rs 735 crore in the year-ago period, according to the consolidated financial results released Thursday.
The company declared its third interim dividend of Rs 1.15 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend payout has been fixed as Feb. 7. This will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
The company's net interest income during the quarter under review saw an uptick of 4% at Rs 1,025 crore, compared to the year-ago period's Rs 983 crore.
