Godrej Properties has secured the highest bid in an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for a five-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, the company announced on Monday.

The proposed residential development is expected to offer 2.5 million square feet of saleable area.
The project is expected to generate revenue of nearly Rs 4,150 crore.

Godrej Properties MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey commented on the development, stating that Hyderabad continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals with robust infrastructure growth and sustained demand for quality housing.

Pandey added, "We remain committed to strengthening our presence in this high-potential market through strategic acquisitions and differentiated developments. Our aim is to deliver projects that combine thoughtful design and customer-centric features, creating long-term value for homebuyers."

Multiple Land Acquisitions in Progress

Bullish on housing demand across major cities, Godrej Properties is acquiring multiple land parcels this fiscal year. The company has already added a revenue potential of over Rs 20,000 crore through these acquisitions.

Godrej Properties acquires land outright and also enters into joint development agreements (JDAs) with landowners.

Hyderabad Remains a Key Growth Market

Godrej Properties has recorded sales of Rs 2,600 crore in calendar year 2025, with Hyderabad continuing to remain a key growth market for the company.
