Brandman Retail, a distributor of international sports and lifestyle brands, made a strong debut on the market with its share price reaching the upper circuit limit. The company's share price opened at ₹183, a modest gain of ₹7 from its IPO price of ₹176.
The share price of Brandman Retail continued to rise, hitting its upper price band of ₹192.15. This performance was in line with expectations in the grey market, where the stock's grey market premium (GMP) was ₹20.
Brandman Retail operates several Exclusive Brand Outlets across various cities in North India. The company has experienced significant growth in its income, with ₹136 crore in FY25, a ₹13 crore increase from ₹123 crore in the previous year.
Notably, Brandman Retail's profit has more than doubled during this period, reaching ₹21 crore in FY25 from ₹8 crore a year ago.
