Amber Enterprises’ subsidiary acquires 80% stake in Shogini for ₹506 cr
Amber Enterprises India Ltd's subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd, has acquired an 80% stake in Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd for approximately ₹506 crore, effective December 1, 2025, according to the exchange filing.
Following the acquisition, Shogini has become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises.
Lat month, Amber Enterprises had announced that IL JIN Electronics had entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a majority stake in Shogini.
Shogini Technoarts is among the top five PCB manufacturers in India, producing a range of printed circuit boards, including single-sided, double-sided, multi-layered, metal-clad, and flex PCBs, from its Pune facility.
The company provides PCB solutions for diverse sectors such as automotive, medical electronics, defence, industrial electronics, process control, power electronics, telecommunications, LED lighting, and computer peripherals.
Shares of Amber Enterprises India Ltd ended lower on Monday, December 1, by 1.55% at ₹7,070 on the NSE.
