Adani Enterprises said its subsidiary Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49 percent equity stake and 100 percent optionally convertible redeemable preference shares of D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited on March 10, 2026, making the road asset operator a wholly owned subsidiary.
