Company Background
Incorporated in June 2013 as Phychem Technologies Private Limited, the company began its operations specialising in the manufacture of rotational moulding compounds and customised polyethene-based polymer powders.
Operating out of its primary manufacturing plant situated in Dindori, Nashik, Maharashtra, the firm expanded its product lines to include specialised additives, foam variants and colour-compounded materials utilised across water management, agricultural and industrial storage applications. Over the years, it evolved into an ISO 9001:2015-certified export house.
Then, in August 2025, the company converted into a public limited company, subsequently rebranding as Phychem Technologies Limited to scale its manufacturing capabilities and to begin its public listing procedures.
Operations & Product Range
Phychem Technologies Ltd. manufactures polyethylene-based compounds using LLDPE, HDPE and speciality additives. These are supplied in powder or granulated form and are used in products such as water, fuel and chemical storage tanks, portable sanitation units, furniture, industrial containers and other hollow plastic components. Its portfolio includes foam, stone-effect, flame-retardant, anti-static and custom-coloured compounds.
The company also manufactures custom-moulded tanks and provides job work services such as rotolining and toll-pulverising. This process involves applying an internal lining to tanks or equipment, while toll pulverising involves grinding polymers into powder as per the client's requirements. Alongside manufacturing and services, Phychem distributes selected imported chemicals, compounds, tools and equipment used in the rotational moulding industry.
Facilities & Capacity
Phychem Technologies Ltd. operates its manufacturing facility at Nashik, Maharashtra, which includes an in-house laboratory and a quality-control department. The plant features an established roto moulding compound capacity of 6,000 MT annually, which recorded a production output of 3,927 MT and a capacity utilisation rate of 65.45%. To scale up production and overcome operational bottlenecks, the company is deploying a portion of its IPO proceeds toward procuring advanced rotomolding, pulverising and extruder machinery.
Brands & Market Presence
Phychem Technologies Ltd. is using its logo but didn’t register or apply for registration under the Trade Mark Act, 1999. Its market presence is instead built around customised compounds, moulded products, services and distribution relationships. Phychem exports to countries including Asia/Middle East, Africa and Europe. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified, recognised as a one-star export house and is a member of the Plastics Export Promotion Council.
Revenue Streams & Business Model
Phychem Technologies Ltd. follows a B2B-orientated model serving manufacturers and industrial customers. Manufacturing is its dominant revenue source: manufacturing accounted for 96.98% of sales in FY25, while services contributed 0.77% and trading 2.26%. The company's manufacturing activity covers customised roto-moulding compounds, while service revenue comes from activities such as rotolining and toll pulverising. Trading revenue comes from the distribution of selected chemicals, compounds, tools and equipment.
The business model is therefore diversified by activity, but manufacturing remains the economic core. Customer demand is linked to the requirement for specialised polymer compounds and related services across construction, water management, agriculture, automotive, consumer products and other applications.
Financial Performance
Phychem Technologies Ltd. has reported improving financial performance over the latest three financial years. Revenue increased from ₹50.30 crore in FY25 to ₹56.47 crore in FY26, representing a CAGR of about 9.65% over the two years. Profit after tax rose from ₹2.84 crore in FY25 to ₹4.09 crore in FY26, with PAT increasing by about 44% in FY26 over FY25. The improvement in profitability was faster than revenue growth during the period. FY26 basic EPS was ₹5.42, while RoNW was reported at 29.66%.
Management & Shareholding
The promoters of Phychem Technologies Ltd. are Umakant Savadekar, Ulka Umakant Savadekar, Nivrutti Sonu Savdekar and Vijaya Nivrutti Savdekar. Before the IPO, the promoters held a 98.55% stake in the company, but after the IPO, the promoters' shareholding will be slightly diluted and will come down to 72.56%. The offering includes a fresh issue of 27 lakh equity shares only, with no offer for sale, which indicates that the existing promoters are not selling any shares.
Board & Key Management
The leadership of Phychem Technologies Ltd. is led by a team of experts with many years of experience. Mr. Umakant Nivrutti Savadekar serves as the Chairman & Managing Director and gives strategic direction to the firm, as well as manages the daily operations, along with Whole-Time Director Mrs. Ulka Umakant Savadekar. To ensure good governance, the board includes Independent Directors Rajendra Hunajirao Talele and Charmi Monil Shah for honest oversight. Together, this team uses its knowledge to help the company grow and stay successful.

Phychem Technologies IPO Review
Phychem Technologies Ltd. has a specialised operating profile in the chemical, plastic and polymer sectors. The company is operating with a main focus on roto-moulding compounds and related services, allowing it to serve customers that require customised polymer formulations rather than only standard products. Its product range spans several applications and the company also has export exposure, which provides diversification across products, customers and geographies.
Financially, the company has shown growth and profitability in its financial statements. As of FY26, revenue was reported at ₹56.46 crore, which is 98.23% of the total income, while the profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹4.08 crore and EBITDA was at ₹6.09 crore. Notably, the top 10 suppliers of the company contributed ₹41.54 crore, which is 89.07% of the total purchases.
However, investors must be aware of both sides of the company, including potential risks to its profitable financial strengths. Potential risks of the company disclosures indicate dependence on a single manufacturing facility, significant contributions from major customers and reliance on a limited number of suppliers. The absence of long-term agreements with some key customers and suppliers can increase business uncertainty. Export activity also exposes the company to foreign-exchange, geopolitical and international-trade risks.
Therefore, the valuation can be viewed through the company's own earnings and other operating metrics, but a like-for-like listed-peer comparison is not available. Overall, the Phychem Technologies IPO combines a specialised manufacturing business and improving profitability with customer, supplier, facility and working-capital dependencies that investors need to assess.
Conclusion
Phychem Technologies IPO is a chance for investors who want to take risks in the chemical, plastic and polymer sector. This company is a Maharashtra-based manufacturer of customised roto-moulding compounds, supported by manufacturing, services and trading activities, launching its IPO of ₹14.58 crore on the BSE SME platform. After reporting steady revenue growth and a faster increase in PAT over FY24-FY26, along with customer and supplier concentration, dependence on a single manufacturing facility and export exposures. The listing will help in funding the expenses of the purchase of the plant & machinery, reducing its outstanding borrowings, funding the working capital requirements and for its general corporate purposes.
