Recent IPO Updates

  • Anjali Labtech Ltd, formerly known as Anjali Diamonds Pvt Ltd, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO of ₹1,225 crore comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹925 crore and an OFS of up to ₹300 crore by existing shareholders.
  • Nine more companies filed preliminary IPO papers with SEBI between September 21 and 26, adding to an already expanding IPO pipeline.
  • Arete 22 Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹440 crore. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹50 crore.
  • Ultravibrant Integrated Energy Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 1.20 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 25 lakh equity shares. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to 20% of the fresh issue size.
  • Smart Roof Solar Solutions Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an SME IPO of up to 75 lakh equity shares.
  • JSW One Platforms Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,300 crore and an OFS of up to ₹1,754.01 crore by existing shareholders. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹260 crore, which would reduce the fresh issue size.
  • J Infratech Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹600 crore and an OFS of up to 1 crore equity shares. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹120 crore.
  • Anmol Industries Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising an OFS of up to ₹180 crore. There is no fresh issue mentioned in the announcement, so the issue is entirely an offer for sale.
  • Baanganga Gold & Diamond (I) Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹540 crore and an OFS of up to ₹180 crore. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹108 crore.
  • Sai Infinium Ltd, formerly known as Sai Bandhan Infinium Ltd, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹280 crore and an OFS of up to 1.20 crore equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder.
  • Jagatjit Agri Engineering Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹300 crore and an OFS of up to 31 lakh equity shares. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹60 crore, which would reduce the fresh issue size.
  • National Stock Exchange (NSE) shares trade at 43 times fiscal 2026 earnings, commanding a steep valuation premium over major global stock exchanges due to market dominance and 66% EBITDA margins.

P.E. & Funding Updates

  • Between September 21 and 26, 2026, 19 Indian startups across sectors such as EV, foodtech, cleantech, healthtech, defence-tech, fintech, AI and DevOps raised over $397 million. In the previous week, Indian startups raised more than $412 million, including a $100 million funding round by space tech startup Pixxel.
  • Edtech startup Arivihan is reportedly raising ₹96 crore at a valuation of ₹570 crore, with the funding aimed at supporting the company’s expansion and growth.

Business & Economic Updates

  • The Sensex remains about 14% below its September 2024 record high, marking the longest wait for a fresh peak in a decade. Foreign portfolio selling, muted corporate earnings and global uncertainty have contributed to the prolonged correction, while metals, PSU banks, pharma and healthcare have shown relative gains.
  • The GST Council is expected to discuss comprehensive process reforms on October 7, including lower penalties, easier registration and refunds, simpler compliance, reduced show-cause notices and measures to address input-tax-credit issues.
  • Smartphone manufacturing under the PLI scheme has generated ₹11.62 lakh crore in production and sales and created around 1.67 lakh direct and indirect jobs. Electronics has emerged as the largest contributor among the 14 PLI schemes, accounting for 51% of ₹36,754 crore in incentives disbursed so far.
