Route Mobile
The company has reported a cybersecurity incident at its subsidiary, Masivian SAS, which has impacted certain systems within the Masivian environment in South America, primarily in Colombia. The incident relates only to customers and systems based in Colombia.
The affected systems have since been isolated, and containment measures have been implemented. The incident is confined to Masivian SAS and has not impacted Route Mobile or any other group companies.

Sunil Agrawal has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Life Insurance Corporation, effective July 14.
NLC India
The company's subsidiary, NLC India Renewables, has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with OREDA for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of 1,000 MW of green energy projects in Odisha.
Bharti Airtel
S&P Global Ratings has raised its long-term issuer credit rating on Bharti Airtel to BBB+ from BBB. At the same time, it upgraded the rating on the company's senior unsecured debt to BBB+ from BBB.
According to the rating agency, growing data consumption in the high-growth markets of India and Africa will drive higher earnings for Bharti Airtel and support debt reduction.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation
The Government of India has decided to exercise the oversubscription option to the extent of 11.24 crore equity shares (representing 0.86 percent of total paid-up equity) in the offer-for-sale (OFS) of Indian Railway Finance Corporation. This is in addition to the base offer size of 13.06 crore shares, representing a 1 percent stake.
Accordingly, the total offer size will increase to up to 24.3 crore shares, representing a 1.86 percent stake. The OFS will close on June 25.
Jubilant Pharmova
The company's subsidiary, Jubilant Generics, has received a rectification order for Assessment Year 2023-24, reducing the total tax adjustments from Rs 107.89 crore to Rs 42.41 crore.
Jubilant Generics has received relief from the relevant transfer pricing officer, thereby restoring tax losses amounting to Rs 65.48 crore.
HCL Technologies
HCLTech has announced an expanded partnership with Nokia to accelerate the adoption of autonomous networks through AI-driven network automation and the co-innovation of network automation RAN applications (rApps), including four new rApps hosted on Nokia's SMO marketplace.
The company has also been selected as a strategic partner by Nestlé for a long-term AI-led efficiency transformation programme.

Alpha Wave Ventures LP exited Delhivery by offloading 72.22 lakh shares at Rs 460.36 per share and another 72.22 lakh shares at Rs 460.03 per share. The total sale amounted to 1.44 crore shares, representing a 1.93 percent stake, worth Rs 664.7 crore.
Pine Labs
Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings sold 2.39 crore equity shares, representing a 2.08 percent stake in Pine Labs, for Rs 371 crore. The selling price was Rs 155.17 per share.
This was in addition to the 0.85 percent stake (98.28 lakh shares) sold by Actis on June 19. The total stake sold by Actis during the current month amounted to 2.93 percent, compared to its 4.58 percent shareholding in Pine Labs as of March 2026.
However, Axis Mutual Fund acquired 96.15 lakh shares, representing a 0.83 percent stake in Pine Labs, at Rs 154 per share, valued at Rs 148.07 crore.
Shadowfax Technologies
Mirae Asset Late Stage Opportunities Fund sold 56.5 lakh shares, representing a 0.97 percent stake in Shadowfax Technologies, at Rs 212 per share, valued at Rs 119.78 crore. The fund held a 2.91 percent stake in the company as of March 2026.
India Motor Parts & Accessories
Promoter Gita Ram acquired an additional 71,559 shares, representing a 0.86 percent stake in India Motor Parts & Accessories, for Rs 8.01 crore.
Meanwhile, Pari Washington Company, through Pari Washington India Master Fund, sold 1.22 lakh shares, representing a 1.47 percent stake in the company, for Rs 13.72 crore, against its 4.49 percent shareholding as of March 2026.
The buying and selling price for India Motor Parts shares was Rs 1,120.1 per share.
NDR INVIT Trust
NDR Warehousing and NDR Universal Enterprises acquired 1.46 crore units of NDR INVIT Trust from Investcorp India Warehousing IFSC Trust for Rs 200.36 crore. The units were transacted at a price of Rs 137 per unit.
