The momentum in the primary market is set to pick up further in the first week of August, beginning Monday, with seven IPOs scheduled to open for subscription and 11 companies set to debut on the stock exchanges.

The seven companies are expected to raise nearly Rs 3,500 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs), including more than Rs 3,000 crore from three mainboard issues.

Ardee Industries, the New Delhi-based lead recycling company, will be the first mainboard IPO to open next week. Its public issue will open on August 5 with a price band of Rs 50-53 per share. The company aims to raise up to Rs 425.86 crore, comprising a fresh issue worth Rs 320 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.99 crore shares worth Rs 105.86 crore by promoters.

This will be followed by Technocraft Ventures and LEAP India.

Wastewater treatment solutions provider Technocraft Ventures will open its maiden public issue of 1.18 crore equity shares on August 7. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an OFS of 23.76 lakh shares by the promoter.

KKR-backed LEAP India, a supply chain management and asset pooling services provider, will launch the largest IPO among the week's offerings, also on August 7. The Mumbai-based company plans to raise Rs 2,480 crore through a fresh issue of Rs 480 crore and an OFS worth Rs 2,000 crore by promoters.

Both companies will announce their IPO price bands on August 3.

In the SME segment, four companies are set to tap the capital markets through IPOs worth a combined Rs 341.8 crore.

Anawil Wire & Engineering, a Gujarat-based windmill tower manufacturer, will be the first SME issue to open next week. Its Rs 177.8-crore IPO will open on August 3 and comprises a fresh issue of 52.84 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 13 lakh shares by the promoter.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 257-270 per share. The company had already raised Rs 50 crore from anchor investors on July 31.

Next is Aegeus Technologies, a robotic and intelligent automation solutions provider, which is raising Rs 23.71 crore through its maiden public issue of 22.58 lakh shares at the upper end of the Rs 100-105 per share price band. The issue will remain open from August 4 to August 6.

Auto components manufacturer LAPL Automotive will open its Rs 32.4-crore IPO on August 6. The issue comprises 34.46 lakh shares, with a price band of Rs 88-94 per share.

Optimystix Entertainment India, a film production company, will be the final SME IPO of the week, opening for public subscription on August 7. It plans to raise Rs 107.88 crore at the upper end of the Rs 165-174 per share price band, valuing the company at Rs 405 crore.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 50 lakh equity shares worth Rs 87 crore and an OFS of 12 lakh shares worth Rs 20.88 crore by founder and promoter Vipul D Shah.

Among ongoing issues, Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems will close their IPOs on August 3. The public issues, which opened on July 30, had been subscribed 47 percent and 12.03 times, respectively, as of the end of the second day.

In the SME segment, the IPOs of Dhaval Packaging and Oneindig Technologies will remain open until August 3, while the public issues of GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech will close on August 4.

As of July 31, Dhaval Packaging's IPO had been subscribed 1.36 times, Oneindig Technologies' issue 80 percent, GV Electricals' IPO 2.02 times, and Fusion Klassroom Edutech's issue 73 percent.

Meanwhile, 11 companies are scheduled to list on the stock exchanges next week, including three mainboard listings.

Manipal Health Enterprises, the parent company of Manipal Hospitals, will make its stock market debut on August 5, while shares of Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems will list on August 6.

In the SME segment, Propshop Events & Exhibitions and Advance Technoforge will be the first to debut, listing on the NSE Emerge and BSE SME platforms, respectively, on August 3.

Poojaa Precision Engg will list on August 4, HR Hygiene Products on August 5, Dhaval Packaging and Oneindig Technologies on August 6, and GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech on August 7. All these companies will list on the BSE SME platform.
