SBI Funds Management IPO objectives
The issue was an offer for sale (OFS) of 17.10 crore shares totalling ₹9,812.91 crore by promoters State Bank of India and Amundi India Holding, with no fresh issuance of shares.
As there is no fresh issue component, the company will not receive any funds from the issue, and the money generated will go to the selling promoters.
"Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image as well as provide a public market for the equity shares in India," the firm said in its red herring prospectus (RHP).
