R Systems International has declared a second interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share for 2026, the company said in an exchange filing on Friday. The dividend, equal to 800% of the share's ₹1 face value, will be paid on or before October 24, 2026. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the payout is October 1.
The board has also declared a dividend of 0.0001% on ₹1 face-value Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, or OCRPS, in line with the preferential rights attached to the shares and the company's Articles of Association. The latest payout follows an interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share announced by R Systems on March 6.

That dividend, also for 2026, was equivalent to 600% of the face value and had a record date of March 12. Taken together, the company has declared ₹14 per equity share in interim dividends for 2026 so far. Separately, R Systems appointed Gurprit Singh as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from September 25.
Founded in 1993, R Systems provides digital IT services, with a focus on product engineering. Its clients include Amazon Web Services, Microsoft and Google Cloud, and it operates 18 delivery centres across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and India.

Shares of R Systems International closed at ₹237 on the NSE on September 25, down 0.43% from the previous close.
