Jewellery retailer PC Jeweller Ltd on Wednesday reported approximately 28% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, while achieving a debt-free status after repaying all outstanding bank debt ahead of scheduled due dates.
The company also received around ₹142 crore during the quarter from outstanding export debtors, marking the start of realisation of its outstanding export receivables after negotiations with its export debtors were resolved. PC Jeweller becomes debt-freeDuring the quarter ended September 30, the company completed repayment of outstanding debt to all banks ahead of their scheduled due dates, making PC Jeweller debt-free.
The company said it will save on interest costs going forward, which it said will positively impact its bottom line and strengthen its balance sheet. The company said its efforts and negotiations to amicably resolve the issue of outstanding export receivables have yielded positive results.
It said the issue with its export debtors has been resolved and realisation of the outstanding export receivables has commenced with this remittance.₹500 crore preferential issue completedThe company completed fundraising aggregating up to ₹500 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares and warrants on September 24, 2026.
The fundraising was completed following the conversion of all warrants allotted to promoter Balram Garg. Shares of PC Jeweller Ltd ended at ₹13.15, up by ₹0.21, or 1.62%, on the BSE.
