Paras Healthcare Limited and M K Sons Fine Jewels have received observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for their proposed initial public offerings , according to updates on the market regulator's website. The observations allow the companies to move ahead with preparations for their respective public issues.
Both companies had filed their draft IPO papers with SEBI earlier this year. Paras Healthcare IPOParas Healthcare has proposed an IPO of up to ₹1,800 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth up to ₹1,300 crore.

The company proposes to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue to prepay or repay, in full or part, certain outstanding borrowings. It also plans to invest in its wholly owned subsidiary, PMHPL, for repayment or prepayment of its borrowings. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Paras Healthcare operates under the Paras Health brand and provides tertiary and quaternary healthcare services. As of March 31, 2026, it operated eight hospitals with an aggregate bed capacity of 2,211 beds across North India, Bihar and Jharkhand. Its hospitals are located in Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir.

The company's promoter is Dharminder Kumar Nagar. The proposed equity shares are to be listed on the BSE and NSE. JM Financial, BofA Securities India and Nuvama Wealth Management are the book-running lead managers to the issue. M K Sons Fine Jewels IPOM K Sons Fine Jewels, a retail-focused jewellery company, has proposed an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 1.36 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 34 lakh equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to set up a new showroom in Maharashtra, expand its existing showroom in Gujarat, and repay or prepay certain borrowings. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes. M K Sons Fine Jewels was incorporated in 2012 and sells gold, diamond and cubic zirconia jewellery through its own retail showrooms.

It currently operates five showrooms across Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The proposed issue is a book-built IPO, with the shares proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE. Aryaman Financial Services is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services is the registrar to the issue.
The companies have not yet announced the IPO opening dates or price bands. M K Sons Fine Jewels' draft documents describe the proposed issue as a 100% book-built offer with listing on BSE and NSE.
