ICICI Prudential AMC Q1 Results | Net profit jumps 23% as total income climbs 18%

Shares of ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd ended at ₹519.00, up by ₹8.70, or 1.70%, on the BSE.

ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd on Monday (July 13) reported a 23.1% year-on-year increase in net profit for the first quarter, driven by higher total income.

The company's net profit rose to ₹965 crore, compared with ₹784 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income increased 17.6% year-on-year to ₹1,564.2 crore, up from ₹1,330.6 crore a year earlier.

For the first quarter of FY27, ICICI Prudential AMC reported operating revenue of ₹1,560 crore. The company posted a revenue yield of 0.52% based on three-month annualised numbers.

Operating profit before tax (OPBT) stood at ₹1,100 crore, registering a 20% year-on-year growth. The OPBT yield for the quarter was 0.37% on an annualised basis, while profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹965 crore.

ICICI Prudential AMC's mutual fund quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) stood at ₹11.17 lakh crore in Q1FY27, compared with ₹9.44 lakh crore a year ago. The company’s mutual fund market share stood at 13.4% as of June 30, 2026.

The actively managed mutual fund QAAUM increased to ₹9.25 lakh crore from ₹8.03 lakh crore, with a market share of 13.5%. Equity and equity-oriented schemes QAAUM stood at ₹6.31 lakh crore, compared with ₹5.27 lakh crore in Q1FY26, with a market share of 14%.

The company's equity-oriented hybrid schemes QAAUM increased to ₹2.22 lakh crore from ₹1.77 lakh crore, with a market share of 26.6%.

The alternatives QAAUM stood at ₹79,446 crore, comprising PMS QAAUM of ₹28,996 crore, AIF QAAUM of ₹22,737 crore and assets under advisory of ₹27,713 crore. Monthly systematic transactions rose to ₹4,872 crore in June 2026 from ₹4,245 crore in June 2025.

The company’s unique customer base increased to 1.73 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared with 1.51 crore a year ago. As of June 30, 2026, ICICI Prudential AMC had a network of 286 offices, including its Dubai branch and GIFT City branch, along with over 1.16 lakh distributors and 3,813 employees.
