Mumbai: Mahindra Group has appointed Shveta Arya as Group Chief Strategy Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Arya will lead the Group Strategy Office, working across Mahindra’s portfolio of businesses to identify growth opportunities, unlock value and drive long-term strategic advantage.
In her most recent role, Arya was Managing Director of Cummins India, where she was responsible for driving the company’s growth, customer success, talent development and workplace culture.
