The Hy-Tech Engineers IPO continued to attract strong investor demand on Thursday, the fourth and final day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 134.04 times as of the latest update from the NSE. The issue received bids for 243.21 crore shares against 1.81 crore shares on offer.
The final subscription figures are expected after bidding closes later on Thursday. Demand has been particularly strong from non-institutional investors, with the NII portion subscribed 271.76 times. Within the category, the portion for bids above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 244.01 times, while the ₹2 lakh–₹10 lakh segment saw subscription of 327.26 times.
The QIB portion was subscribed 108.81 times, receiving bids for 54.41 crore shares against 50 lakh shares reserved for the category. Retail investors have also shown strong interest, with the retail portion subscribed 88.72 times. Bids for 81.64 crore shares have been received against 92.01 lakh shares reserved for the category.
The strong response builds on the momentum seen through the first three days of bidding. By the end of Day 3, the issue had been subscribed 50.86 times, with the retail portion subscribed 64.64 times and the NII portion 82.11 times. The ₹135.73 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares worth ₹60 crore and an OFS of 1.43 crore shares amounting to ₹75.73 crore.
Hy-Tech Engineers has fixed the price band at ₹50–53 per share, with a lot size of 283 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need to invest ₹14,999 for one lot. The company had raised ₹40.72 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue.
The allotment is likely to be finalised on August 28, with the shares tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on September 1, 2026.
