The Centre has extended the zero customs duty on around 40 critical petrochemical products till July 15 to ensure supply stability amid disruptions caused by the conflict in West Asia.
Announcing the measure on April 2, the ministry had said the exemption was being granted in view of the conflict in West Asia and the resulting disruptions to global supply chains.
