Mumbai-based consumer appliance company Atomberg Technologies Ltd. has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise funds through an initial public offering . The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of up to 7.65 crore equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
Atomberg also plans to raise up to ₹90 crore through a pre-IPO placement before filing its Red Herring Prospectus , according to reports. The company has received approval to issue up to 9 crore equity shares to certain investors for an aggregate amount of up to ₹90 crore.

The placement is proposed to be completed on or before the filing of the RHP. Importantly, the proposed ₹90 crore pre-IPO placement will not necessarily be over and above the ₹450 crore fresh issue. If the placement is completed, the size of the fresh issue will be reduced by the amount raised through the pre-IPO placement, subject to applicable minimum IPO size requirements.
Atomberg plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily for ₹90 crore towards repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, ₹150 crore towards brand awareness and performance marketing activities, and ₹100 crore towards research and development .

The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. As part of its preparations for the listing, Atomberg has also converted itself into a public company and appointed independent directors. It manufactures products including mixer grinders, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers under the Atomberg brand. The company also designs, manufactures and supplies proprietary components, including motors and controllers, to enterprise customers such as Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star through its subsidiary, Atomberg Innovations Pvt.

Ltd. Its operations are divided into two segments - Consumer Appliances and Proprietary Components. Atomberg's revenue from operations increased to ₹1,293.77 crore in FY26, from ₹959.51 crore in FY25 and ₹796.98 crore in FY24. However, adjusted EBITDA declined to ₹37.12 crore in FY26, from ₹51.35 crore in FY25 and ₹152.07 crore in FY24.
The company's restated loss stood at ₹148.88 crore in FY26, compared with ₹199.08 crore in FY24. The company sells its products through distributors, retailers, modern trade chains, institutional partners, e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and its own website.

As of March 31, 2026, Atomberg had around 626 distributors and direct dealers and 46,932 retail touchpoints across nearly 1,600 cities and towns. Its service network covered more than 18,000 pin codes. Tier 2 and smaller cities accounted for 49.57% of offline consumer appliance revenue in FY26, while metropolitan cities contributed 30.91% and Tier 1 cities 19.52%.
According to the Redseer report cited in the DRHP, Atomberg had an estimated 46.08% market share in India's premium fan segment in FY26, based on cumulative sales value at market operating price. ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital and IIFL Capital Services are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
