Shares of AYE Finance saw multiple bulk deals on August 27, with F3 Advisors, Alpha Wave India I LP, Singularity Large Value Fund III and Integrated Core Strategies featuring among the entities involved. According to the exchange data, F3 Advisors Private Limited sold 74,505 shares at ₹173.88 apiece, while the entity also bought 14,59,505 shares at ₹169.23 apiece.
Alpha Wave India I LP sold 95,94,302 shares in two separate reported transactions at ₹168.02 and ₹168.19 per share, respectively. The two transactions together represent nearly 1.92 crore shares. On the buying side, Singularity Large Value Fund III bought 14,88,100 shares at ₹168 per share, while Integrated Core Strategies Pte acquired 23,80,960 shares at the same price.
The combined gross transaction value is over ₹410 crore. CNBC-TV18 had earlier reported that Alpha Wave India I LP was likely to sell its stake in Aye Finance through a block deal. The transaction is a secondary share sale, with the proceeds going to the selling shareholder.
As per Aye Finance's latest shareholding pattern, Alpha Wave India I LP holds 1.92 crore shares, or 7.78% of the company. The proposed transaction would therefore represent its entire disclosed holding if completed in full. Aye Finance shareholdingPublic shareholders hold 99.27% of Aye Finance, while the remaining 0.73% is held by an employee trust, according to the latest shareholding pattern.
Within the public category, foreign companies account for 51.33% of the equity, while foreign portfolio investors hold 15.67% and alternate investment funds hold 12.31%. Other significant foreign shareholders include Elevation Capital V, which holds 12.59%, LGT Capital Invest Mauritius PCC with 10.05%, British International Investment with 7.40%, CapitalG LP with 5.39% and IMP2 Assets Pte.
Ltd. with 5.53%. Shares of Aye Finance closed 2.48% higher at ₹177.12 on Wednesday. The stock has gained over 6% in the last month and more than 37% since the beginning of this year.
