Surveillance technology firm Aditya Infotech Ltd on Wednesday reported a fire at the manufacturing plant of its material subsidiary, AIL Dixon Technologies Private Ltd, with the estimated loss from damage to raw materials, finished goods, testing equipment and other materials pegged at around ₹28 crore.

No casualties or injuries were reported, and there was no disruption to operations due to the incident.
Aditya Infotech said the facility has adequate insurance coverage for the loss and that the insurance company has already been notified. The company added that the estimated ₹28-crore loss is subject to a detailed assessment, following which the actual extent and quantum of damage will be ascertained.

The incident took place across Shed Nos. 1 to 4 and Shed No. 11 at the plant, which is owned and managed by AIL Dixon Technologies Private Ltd. Shares of Aditya Infotech Ltd ended at ₹3,743.15, down by ₹84.05, or 2.20%, on the BSE.
