The SME IPO segment is set for a busy week as five public issues are scheduled to open for subscription on September 23, 2026. The Coreintegra Consulting IPO is a Rs 21.99 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 28.19 lakh shares. The IPO will open on September 23 and close on September 25, with shares proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.

The company has fixed the price band at Rs 74–Rs 78 per share. The lot size is 1,600 shares, while the minimum retail investment is Rs 2,49,600, based on the upper price band and the applicable minimum retail lot requirement.

Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.

The Pooja Logistics IPO is a Rs 44.23 crore book-built issue and is entirely a fresh issue of 38.46 lakh shares. The IPO will remain open from September 23 to September 25 and is proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 109–Rs 115 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Based on the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail investment is Rs 2,76,000, based on the applicable minimum retail lot requirement.

The Liqvd Digital IPO is a Rs 39.01 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 63.22 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 34.14 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 9.02 lakh shares worth Rs 4.87 crore.

The IPO will open on September 23 and close on September 25, with the company set to list on the BSE SME platform. The price band has been fixed at Rs 51–Rs 54 per share, while the lot size is 2,000 shares.

At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment works out to Rs 2,16,000, based on the applicable minimum retail lot requirement. Indorient Financial Services Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

The S.K. Offset IPO is a Rs 29.06 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 23.25 lakh shares. The IPO will open for subscription on September 23 and close on September 25, followed by a proposed listing on the BSE SME platform.

The company has set the price band at Rs 119–Rs 125 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. The minimum retail investment is Rs 2,50,000, based on the upper price band and the applicable minimum retail lot requirement.
