Complete Sports And Management India IPO Review
Complete Sports And Management India offers a unique business opportunity within the specialized segment of the construction of leisure-related facilities. With an exclusive Brunswick Bowling franchising agreement, a broad array of equipment in bowling, soft play spaces, arcades, trampolines, laser tag and go-karting, combined with an extensive range of services for asset management, installation and consulting contracts, the company has the potential to bolster its growth. Complete Sports & Management India has developed an innovative strategy combining a low-asset model with an aggressive push into company-owned facilities.
Complete Sports & Management India has had impressive financial results, with a 59% growth in PAT compared to growth in total income of just 7%. There was also improvement in return on equity of 53.55% and return on capital employed of 47.97%. However, total debt increased by roughly 30 times from ₹2.19 crore in FY25 to ₹8.99 crore in FY26.
The company also shows signs of concentration risk, as family entertainment centers made up 87.47% of revenues compared to 73.77% in FY25. The Top 10 customers made up 80.53% of revenues (up from 65.55% in FY25) and the Top 10 suppliers accounted for 81.93% of the cost of services (up from 73.20% in FY25).
Overall, the company is taking an additional risk as it scales its core distribution business by pursuing growth through owned company facilities.
Investors should have a healthy risk appetite since most small and medium enterprises (SMEs) listed companies combine real opportunities with real risks.
Conclusion
The IPO of Complete Sports And Management India provides investors the opportunity to invest in the organized amusement and leisure infrastructure of India. An amusement and leisure infrastructure deal is the only deal focused on organized leisure services and Brunswick’s partnership has helped to increase profitability while providing support for the move into owned venues. Customer and supplier concentration, typically associated with SMEs and ticket-size considerations, remains a concern. Healthy return ratios and revenue growth have further supported a favorable outlook.
