How to Delete Your Account
Follow the step-by-step guide below to permanently delete your India IPO account from the mobile app.

Go to Your Profile

Open the India IPO app and tap the Profile icon at the top-left corner of the Home screen.

Open Account Settings

Inside your Profile, scroll down and tap on Account Settings.

Tap Delete Account

Inside Account Settings, tap the Delete Account button to confirm.

Request Submitted

Your account deletion request will be submitted. All your personal data, account information and app settings will be permanently removed from our database after the deletion process is completed.
Important
- Once you request account deletion, your account will enter a 72-hour deactivation period.
- During these 72 hours, you can reactivate your account by logging in again.
- After the 72-hour period ends, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or reactivated.
