Investors are in for a busy week as Dalal Street braces for a wave of IPOs, with 13 companies planning to raise a total of ₹8,644 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs). Among the mainboard IPOs are Bajaj Housing Finance, P N Gadgil Jewellers, and Kross Limited. Additionally, nine SMEs are set for their maiden share sales, and eight new listings are scheduled for the week beginning September 9.
1. Bajaj Housing Finance : Launching a ₹6,560-crore IPO with a price band of ₹66-70 per share, open from September 9-11. It has already raised ₹1,758 crore from anchor investors.
2. Kross Ltd : The Jamshedpur-based auto parts manufacturer will offer shares at ₹228-240 per share from September 9-11, with a combination of fresh issues and Offer for Sale (OFS) worth ₹500 crore. It has secured ₹150 crore from anchor investors.
3. P N Gadgil Jewellers : This jewelry retail chain will open its ₹1,100-crore IPO from September 10-12, priced between ₹456-480 per share.
4. Tolins Tyres : Kerala-based tire manufacturer Tolins Tyres will offer shares between ₹215-226 per share from September 9-11, having raised ₹69 crore from anchor investors.
This week, several SME IPOs are hitting the market. Aditya Ultra Steel’s issue, worth Rs 45.88 crore, will be available from September 9-11, with a price range of Rs 59-62. Gajanand International’s Rs 20.65 crore IPO also opens September 9-11, priced at Rs 36. Shubhshree Biofuels Energy, seeking Rs 16.56 crore, will offer shares between Rs 113-119 from September 9-11.
Excellent Wires and Packaging’s IPO of Rs 12.6 crore starts September 11 and runs through September 13, with shares priced at Rs 90. Share Samadhan will launch its Rs 24.06 crore IPO from September 9-11, with a price band of Rs 70-74.
Innomet Advanced Materials’ Rs 34.24 crore issue will be open September 11-13, priced at Rs 100. Trafiksol ITS Tech’s Rs 44.87 crore IPO will be available from September 10-12, with shares priced between Rs 66-70. SPP Polymer will offer its Rs 24.49 crore issue from September 10-12, priced at Rs 59. Lastly, Envirotech Systems Ltd will open its Rs 30.24 crore IPO on September 13, concluding on September 17.
