Prestige Estates Projects’ subsidiary unit, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, a renowned name in the industry is coming up with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of ₹2,700 crore in 2025. The company is a well-established firm in the hospitality sector of India and is all set to launch to enter the market with its major IPO. This issue will mark as a strategic milestone for the company to capitalize on the growing demands in the hospitality segment and further enhance the brand’s market presence.
Since its incorporation in 2017 under the Prestige Group, the company has operated with a strong focus on luxury and upper-scale hospitality assets. Prestige Hospitality presents a vast portfolio of seven hotels that features 1445 keys and over the years, Prestige has partnered with famous brands like Marriott and Hilton. With a firm track record of expansion in over two decades, the company has established itself as a leading asset owner and developer in the hospitality sector.
The Prestige Hospitality Ventures IPO will be of ₹1,700 crore, comprising a combination of fresh equity shares and ₹1,000 crore offer-for-sale (OFS), providing an opportunity for partial exit for early investors of the company. There may also be a pre-IPO placement offer of approximately ₹340 crore, which could result in a reduction of the fresh issue size. The company has witnessed a significant growth in revenue from ₹795 crore in FY24 to ₹887 crore in FY25, which reflects a strong momentum of growth in the company’s financial performance. While the parent company’s profit margins saw a decline for FY25, the residential subsidiary delivered a strong performance and displayed potential for growth despite market headwinds.
About ₹1,120 crore from the proceeds gained will be utilized for debt repayment of the outstanding borrowings availed by the company. Remaining funds will be used to provide support for inorganic growth strategies through acquisition and enhancement of the hospitality portfolio as well as technical abilities.
