Yashhtej Industries India, a leading manufacturer of soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake, has successfully closed its maiden public issue with 1.35 times subscription on February 20, marking the third day of bidding.

Raise of Rs 88.88 Crore: The company is raising funds through an initial public offering (IPO) of 80.79 lakh shares at a price of Rs 110 per share.
Subscription Details: Investors have bid for 1.09 crore equity shares via 4,065 applications, with retail investors applying for 90.24 lakh shares and non-institutional investors bidding for 18.94 lakh shares.
IPO Share Allotment: The company is set to finalise its IPO share allotment by February 23, with shares available for trading on the BSE SME on February 25.
Utilisation of Proceeds: The company intends to utilise Rs 63.88 crore for capital expenditures, Rs 6.1 crore for working capital requirements, and Rs 9.5 crore for general corporate purposes.

Financial Performance:

The company has recorded a profit of Rs 7.2 crore on revenue of Rs 191.1 crore for the six months period ended September 2025, with a profit of Rs 11.6 crore in the fiscal 2025, a 10-fold increase from the previous year.
