Infrastructure major RPP Infra Projects Ltd has received a letter of acceptance for a new work order from the Office of the Superintending Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Tiruvannamalai Circle, Tamil Nadu.
RPP Infra Projects has confirmed that neither the promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
The company had previously won a new order worth ₹134.21 crore from the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) for road improvement works in Raigad district.
Shares of RPP Infra Projects Ltd ended at ₹107.50, down by ₹0.95, or 0.88%, on the BSE.
