As Lenskart IPO faces social media scrutiny, DSP MF clarifies its bet on X

Synopsis The mutual fund says Lenskart is a scalable business, has trustworthy promoters, and demonstrated execution. It, however, admits that the valuation is high. In what seems to be a first, a mutual fund has gone to social media to justify its investment in an IPO after facing backlash. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), DSP Mutual Fund has attempted to address the questions and concerns regarding its investment in Lenskart Solutions as it felt it was important to share clarity with investors.
